High school reunion ends in deadly shooting

One person was killed and several other students were injured in a shooting during a reunion at Tuskegee University in Alabama, the school’s press service reported. The victims were hospitalized.

A shooting occurred early Sunday morning, November 10, killing a non-university employee. The person’s parents have been notified , the publication said .

Law enforcement has launched an investigation into the attack. There is no information about the shooter.

Earlier, four gunmen opened fire in a bar in the Mexican city of Queretaro in the state of the same name. According to law enforcement agencies, at least 10 people were killed and seven were injured.

The head of the municipal department of public safety of Queretaro, Juan Luis Ortiz, specified that the tragedy occurred on Saturday, November 9. A group of unknown people drove up to the building of the bar in a car, then entered and opened fire on people. After the incident, the car in which the attackers were traveling was found burned in the municipality of El Marques, Queretaro state. As part of the investigation into the attack, one person was arrested.
